Third parties we use

The app sends data to a small number of processors so it can function:

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13. The "Ice Breaker" game in particular is intended for adults of marriageable age and contains conversation prompts appropriate to that context. If you are a parent who believes a child has provided information through the app, contact us and we will delete it.

Your rights

You have the right to:

To exercise any of these, email halalgamesstudio.support@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days. To delete your account in-app, go to Settings → Sign out & start fresh, or email us.

Data retention

Security

Data in transit is encrypted with TLS. Data at rest in Supabase is encrypted at the storage layer and access is restricted by row-level security policies that limit each user to their own data and accepted friends' data only. We cannot guarantee absolute security; if we discover a personal-data breach we will notify affected users and the relevant supervisory authority where the law requires.

International transfers

Our processors (Supabase, RevenueCat, Apple, Google) may store and process data in countries outside the UK / EEA, including the United States. Where this happens we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards offered by those providers.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy materially, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top and, where appropriate, notify you in-app. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated policy.
