Delete your Halal Games Studio account

The fastest way: delete it inside the app
Open Halal Games Studio → Settings tab → scroll to
Account → tap Delete account. Your
account and all associated data are removed immediately.
Don't have the app installed?
Email us using the link below. Include your username (the @handle others
use to find you), and we will permanently remove your account within 30
days.

What gets deleted
- Your profile (display name and @username)
- Your friend list and all friend requests sent or received
- Your saved game scores and round history
- Your authentication record (the anonymous Supabase auth row tied to your device)
What is retained

Subscription / purchase records — for tax and
accounting reasons we may retain anonymised purchase records as
required by law. Active subscriptions are not cancelled by account
deletion; cancel a Pro subscription separately in your App Store or
Google Play account before deleting.

App-side caches on your device — clear the app's
local data via your phone's Settings if you want to remove cached
identifiers from the device itself. The app stores no personal data on
your device beyond a language preference and your auth session token.
How long does it take?
In-app deletion is immediate. Email-based deletion is processed within 30
days; we will reply confirming completion. Backup tapes that contain a
snapshot of the database are overwritten on a 30-day rolling basis.
