I can't see the multiplayer Stop the Bus game.
Multiplayer needs an internet connection. Make sure you're online, then open Settings → Multiplayer backend and check the indicator shows green. If it shows red, restart the app.
My subscription / Lifetime purchase didn't unlock Pro packs.
Open the app → Settings → Subscription → Restore purchases. Wait a few seconds. If Pro still doesn't appear, email us with your Apple ID / Google account email so we can look up the receipt.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period.
I want to delete my account.
In the app: Settings → Account → Delete account. Or use the web account-deletion page if the app isn't installed.
The Heads Up tilt detection isn't working.
Heads Up needs your phone's motion sensor. On iOS the first round will ask for motion permission — tap Allow. If you tapped Don't Allow, open Settings → Halal Games Studio → Motion & Fitness and switch it on. If the sensor is unavailable on your device, the in-game "Got it / Skip" buttons still work.
